| | I injured myself, not serious. I have a date with a BQ. This has run it's course, only minor scaring.... | Comments(2) |
| | I don't think I have ever been this tired from a run. I ran about 7 or 8 miles solo, that was fine, took my time, listened to Six Frigates by Ian Toll (great book), then saw some friends, 4 miles with the guys and that was all I could take. I've had a fever the past few days, and it broke today. I ran fairly fast with the friends, but I was so done at mile 13. | Add Comment |

| | Eveytime I run, my right leg starts hurting. The pain is not that bad, but it hurts. I over trained. I ice it, it goes away, take some asprin. I think I need to heal. It's harder to not run. I can run the distances, reasonably fast. Am I getting old......???? I ran the Cemetary Rd. | Add Comment |
