Running Accomplishments:

I have run a lot of races, marathons, half marathons, 10Ks, 5Ks, an Ultra, a bunch of bike races and tours.    My best marathon is about 3:10, that was a while ago. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to beat my D-News best in July

Done....   I'm thinking about doing it again.... 

I want to go back to NYC marathon.  

Qualified... 

I need to go back to Boston and redeem my honor. Not yet, next year.  I have my sights set on Chicago in 2010.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Break 3:00 in the marathon. 

Run across the State of Utah east to west, wind in my face, sun at my back.

Ran some base miles through the canyon.  Did some Yoga later that eve.

Was going to lift weights, ran laps around Liberty Park instead, got rained on.  I felt pretty good and didn't really miss weight lifting.  Ran a few fast laps.

Ran on 11th Ave with the Salt Lake Track Club.  I did reasonably well on the downgrade sections.

This was slow today, ran/walked up City Creek Canyon.  The uphill sucked the life out of me, felt great on the downhill.
